Emergency Maintenance Request

Our Emergency Maintenance Team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

For emergency or urgent service requests, contact our 24-hour maintenance call center at: (515) 276-5823. For life threatening emergencies, please dial 911. All maintenance emergencies should be reported to your Leasing Agent or Property Manager on duty.

Maintenance emergency requests, includes but are not limited to:

  • Fire (call 911 first)
  • Gas leak (also call the gas company)
  • Persistent gas odor
  • No water
  • No electricity (except for general outage)
  • Flooding/Frozen pipes
  • Toilet over flowing
  • Toilet not working properly
  • Clogged sink with standing water
  • Police at the property
  • Disruptive guests
  • Sewer backup
  • Smoke alarms sounding
  • Unsecured unit (broken window, unlocked door)
  • Lock out
  • Excessive noise, loud parties
  • Graffiti and vandalism
