Hiring Process

    Search Jobs

    Submit an Employment Application

    Candidates may also apply in person at our office location by downloading and completing an employment application by clicking here. Once you have submitted your application, you may be contacted regarding next steps.

    Assessment and Testing

    Depending on your desired position you may be asked to complete in person assessment and testing administered by the Iowa Workforce Center.

    Initial Interview

    A formal phone interview will be scheduled with the hiring manager. During this time, we will further discuss your application responses, interest in our organization and how your past experiences align with the position to which you applied.

    Final Interview

    In an effort to increase our internal efficiency and improve the quality of our hiring process, candidates may be asked to meet with an interviewing panel-the Executive Director, Human Resources Representative and some other team members for a final interview.

    New Employee Orientation

    New employee orientation provides a broad overview of our organization’s mission, workplace philosophy and organizational structural polices as well as information regarding workplace standards and resources available to employees. All employees are expected to attend orientation within their first month of employment.
